Pastor Job Summary
The Pastor will play a vital role on the church’s leadership team by overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing long-term growth strategies, and providing spiritual guidance to the congregation. In partnership with the Deacon Chairman, Deacon Board, Trustee Staff, Administrative staff, and Auxiliary Leaders, the Pastor will work to fulfill the church’s mission and vision according to the Word of God and the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Qualifications
Faith and Ministry
A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and a growing personal relationship with Him.
Ordained as a Gospel Minister with a minimum of 5 years of experience in church leadership.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Theology or Religious Studies, with knowledge of God’s Word and strong teaching skills.
Preferred: Master of Divinity (M.Div.) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
Skills and Attributes
Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to inspire a congregation and bring creative ideas to worship.
Collaborative and empathetic, with a commitment to serving the church community.
Integrity, transparency, and fairness in managing church operations.
