Yvette Marie Davis, age 60, passed away on Thursday, June 29th, 2023, at Tacoma General Hospital surrounded by her daughter and grandchildren. Yvette was born on September 19, 1962, in Seattle, WA to Marcella Grant and Monte DeCottle, SR. Yvette grew up in Seattle, where she Met and Married Sammy Davis in July 1988. She moved to Tacoma, in 1987 where she held an array of different occupations. To name a few she was the Shift manager at several different Taco Bells and she loved working at Brown & Hailey Almond Rocha factory. She is proceeded in death by Her Husband (Sammy Davis) Mother (Marcella), Father (Monte SR.), Brother (Richard Donaldson). She is survived by her only Daughter, Natasha DeCottle, Grandsons – Tyrell (Amera) Henley and D’Aundray Gill, All from Tacoma, WA. Four siblings – Gary (Helen), Yvonne (Eugene) DeCottle-Sutton, Keith Grant & Monte (Melody) DeCottle, All of WA. Yvette is further survived by many nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
