Kenneth Swanigan was born on August 16,1935 in Indianapolis, Indiana to proud parents Sadie M. and Alfred Swanigan, Sr., he was the ninth child. Having three sisters and eight brothers, it was a blessing to have grown up in such a large family. He graduated from Arsenal Technical High School, Indianapolis, Indiana; He served in the United States Air Force and received an Honorable Discharge for his service to our nation. He was married to the lovely Lavelle Y. Swanigan, they were blessed with four children: Phillip A., Turhan T., Mark and Melanie.
Homegoing Services will be held Saturday, February 1, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at the
Martin Luther King, Jr. Church, 4519 NE 10th St. Renton, WA 98059.
The viewing will be held from 11am -12pm.
