Robert “Bob” Williams passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at the age of 81.
Bob was born on October 24, 1943 in Atlantic City, New Jersey to Audrey and Robert Williams Sr. He moved to the Seattle in 1967 to attend St. Martin’s College on a basketball scholarship. He later completed graduate work at Seattle University.
He worked for several public service agencies during his career –to include Washington State Employment Security where he retired in 2000. His caring and dedicated attention made a positive difference to many of his clients.
Bob is survived by his wife, Glenda, his son, Jamal (Alea) and grandchildren, Kai’la Williams and Nickolas Murtero, three siblings from the East Coast and a host of other family and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 21, 2025 at 11:00 AM at F.A.M.E. Church, Seattle, Washington. Viewing before service 9:00 AM - 10:45 AM.
