Our much-loved Warren Walker Jr. was called to glory on September 30, 2024. Warren Jr was born in Los Angele, CA on May 9, 1951, to Christine and Warren Walker Sr. He graduated from Jordan Downs High School in addition to being a football and baseball phenomenon. He and his father relocated to Seattle, WA in 1969 and immediately began employment at Lockheed Martin in order to send for the remainder of the Walker family. In 1979 he married the love of his life, Daunetta Middleton. To that union they loved two children, Ashante’ Elmore and Waunika Walker. Warren Jr was an incredible entrepreneur and ran many small businesses of his own. Warren Jr was preceded in death by both of his parents (Christine and Warren Sr), his beloved wife Daunetta, his son Ashante’, his sister Estelle McCann, brother Michael Walker. He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving daughter Waunika Walker, three beautiful granddaughters Aryreonna Allen, Te’Zhane’ Allen, and De’Shawn Allen, as well as three great grandsons. He also leaves his siblings: Lucy Walker, Robert Walker (Brenda), Ernestine Walker-Hunter, Yolanda Walker, Joyce Walker, Donnie Walker, Shirley Wroten (Tony), and Ernest Walker. We will be celebrating Warren Jr’s life on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at the Elks Lodge at 2114 Tacoma Ave So, Tacoma, WA 98402 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
