Norman B. Carroll, born on March 7, 1965, in Seattle, WA, to the union of Alton K. Carroll and Joyce Ann Carroll, passed away leaving behind a legacy of dedication, excellence, and unwavering faith. Norman attended Hamilton Middle School and graduated from Chief Sealth High School in 1983, with honors. His academic journey was marked by discipline and excellence, achieving the highest GPA on his football team and earning a significant trophy to commemorate this accomplishment.
Known as "Stormin Norman," he was a humble, intelligent, and kind man, always ready to help his family and friends. He leaves behind cherished memories and a lasting impact on those who knew him. Norman lived life on his own terms and expressed his desire to be with the Lord when his time came.
Norman B. Carroll leaves behind his beloved wife - Kelly Carroll, his children Dominique Barnes, Jordan Carroll, Robert Nelson III, and Jada Carroll (Wilson), his sister - LaNita Carroll-Thomasson, and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and family. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
