Leonard James Slack Jr passed away on August 11th, 2021, Leonard was Born July 28th, 1956, in Seattle, WA To Leonard James Slack Sr and Dora Mae Slack. Leonard Slack Jr is preceded in death His parents Leonard and Dora Slack, sister Barbara Turner, Brothers Ronald Slack, Leroy Turner, Nephew Leonard Lavon Jones and his Grandson Gavin Slack. Leonard is survived by his 4 children,16 Grandkids, and 8 Great Grandkids well as numerous others family and friends. Leonard loved his family very much and passionate about helping others.
