In Loving Memory of Lee Carter

Lee Carter was born and raised in Chicago. Lee proudly served in the army for 11 years. He came to Seattle in 1968 and got a job at KAYC radio station. Later became a well known reporter for KIRO and KING telebisions stations. He also became a noted speech writer for Governor Dan Evans. Lee is survived by his wife, Magaret; daughter, Kenyetta; son in-law, Tom Stewart; sister, Sylvia Carter; nieces and nephews.
