Lawrence was born in Seattle, Washington on April 7, 1967 to Eva Claire Riggins and James Calvin Riggins, Sr. He was the fifth of five siblings.
Lawrence attended Spanaway Lake High School and Roosevelt High School. Lawrence loved taking care of his many dogs, hanging out with his brothers and friends. Lawrence enjoyed dressing up, playing video games and tinkering on cars. He wasvery handsome, was very straight forward and had a great sense of humor. Our mother loved her baby boy!
Lawrence was preceded in death by his mother, Eva Claire Riggins and his father, James Calvin Riggins, Sr.
Lawrence leaves behind to mourn his sisters Anita Louise Bolton, Seattle, Jeanette Daniel, Seattle(Carlton), Kiaira Riggins, Texas. Brothers James Calvin Riggins, Jr.(Denise), Eric Anthony Riggins, Sr. (Carol), Gerald Keith Riggins (Tracy),Calvin Riggins, Keelen Riggins.
Lawrence also leaves behind his uncles Rev. Charles Wilson (Earnestine), Curtis Riggins (Annie)and his aunt Evelyn Riggins Williams.
Additionally, he leaves behind a host of cousins, nieces, nephews friends and loved ones. ”
