Judy Ulmer, born on September 7, 1958, in Laurel, Mississippi, to Mildred Larkin and Johnny Davison. Judy passed away peacefully on November 18, 2024. She grew up surrounded by her loving siblings: Charles Larkin, Curtis Larkin, Clarence Larkin, and Gloria Burton. Judy was a devoted mother to her three daughters, Curtisa Ulmer, Okila Ulmer, and Raelon Ulmer, and a cherished godmother to Jai Harris. She was also the proud grandmother of Daemon Ulmer-Blackwell, Dae’Vion Blackwell, and Za’Rhya Braxton. Judy’s life was filled with love and laughter shared with her many nieces, nephews, and friends, all of whom will remember her as a blessing in their lives. Her memory will be honored with services on December 6, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Bonney Watson Funeral Home, 16445 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA 98188. A viewing will be held on December 5, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. For those wishing to send flowers, please arrange for delivery the day before the service.
