Au revoir and Godspeed to Steve Hedman of Shoreline, Washington who began his spiritual journey to the Abha Kingdom on December 18th 2024.
Born April 14th 1955 in Seattle, Steve was an adorable little boy! He was raised in Bellevue, where he came to live with Naomi Robinson along with two of his brothers in 1960. Despite his many challenges, Steve graduated with his diploma from Bellevue Public Schools in 1974 and lovingly referred to Naomi as Mama until the end of his life.Â
Steve was a music enthusiast with an appreciation for soul, jazz, funk, and R&B. He was incredibly hardworking, with his employment including naval shipyards, construction, and maintenance. He met the love of his life Vickie in 1982 and although they later separated, their loving friendship remained. He is survived by three wonderful children, two of whom he raised, as well as numerous siblings and extended family.Â
Anyone that knew Steve knows he loved to talk, and although he could have listened more, he truly had a heart of gold. We love you Steve, you will be missed much here and received well there.
