Elmer Wilkins III was born to the Late Elmer Jr., and Mattie Ruth Wilkins in Seattle on Dec 19, 1964. He departed this life on Oct 11, 2023 in Orange, CA. Elmer III attended Sharples( now Aki Kurose Middle School.) In his spare time he enjoyed music, clothes, fixing cars, cooking and playing basketball. Later on in life he moved to California, where eventually he became a Drug Counselor and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He leaves behind his wife Billie Wilkins of Tustin, CA and stepsons. His Daughter Deshieka Hedgmon, brothers El Shajee Mohammed, Erik Wilkins, sister Elicia Wilkins and a host of other family and friends in the Seattle area.
