The beautiful soul of the brilliant woman, sister, and friend was called home on October 22, 2023, at her home in Renton, WA. She graduated from Immaculate Conception School and later obtained her BA from Fort Wright College in Spokane, WA.. Danita Davis-Cain, was the eldest child born September 7, 1960, to Mr. Ezekiel and Mrs. Mar- tha Davis in Okmulgee, OK. She is preceded in homegoings by both parents and a sister, Marsha Channel Davis. Danita leaves behind a sister, Rita Davis, and brothers John K Davis and Russell Davis. Neph- ews Marcus Lamar Davis and Gerald Nathaniel Jackson. Great nephews Alexandrea Basemore, Ajanay Davis, Lena and Adonis Jackson, as well as her sorority sisters of Alpha Kappa Alpha So- rority Inc. and a host of friends and professional associates. Catholic services will be held at 9:30 a.m., Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at Immaculate Conception Church 820 18th Ave., Seattle 98122. Repast will be held in the clubhouse at Camden Springs Condos 4910 96th Ave South, Renton, WA 98055, beginning at 2 p.m. Bring your choice of dishes. Words cannot convey how much you are loved, you will be missed by so many and although our hearts are heavy with sorrow, we know how many lives you complimented and not compli- cated, with your quick wit, humor, and smile, rest in peace knowing you will be in our hearts and memories forever.
