In Loving Memory of Cornel P. Callandret Jr.

Cornel P. Callandret Jr. also known as Lavish Rich was born February 20th, 1992, at providence Hospital in the heart of Seattle WA. Growing up Cornel took an interest in music and began making beats and creating songs in his closet-turned-studio alongside family and close friends who also shared the same passion. In his young adult life, Cornel took his love for music to the next level, taking on the stage name and persona – Lavish Rich, this led to the startup of his business Rich Mob Entertainment. Lavish quickly became a staple in the Seattle and Californian rap and clothing scene. Everywhere you looked people were representing in their Rich Mob wear. His Lavish wordplay and Luxurious style prompted the best of both worlds giving him that extra flare against similar contenders. Lavish made multiple albums and toured state to state gaining popularity and traction; all in efforts to provide for his family while doing what he loved most. WHOLE TIME THO!

Tragedy struck August 16Th 2023 when Lavish Rich became a victim of an armed homicide. Lavish was loved by many and his presence will never be forgotten. His name will be honored, and his memory will live on through his music, his brand, his children, and the influence he left on everyone’s life he touched.

Cornel leaves behind two children- Cor’Niah Callandret and Cornel Callandret III. Mother – Paula Brooks Callandret. Father – Cornel Callandret Sr. Siblings – Ranata Slack, Azura Callandret, Shauntel Callandret, Brandon Callandret, Isaiah Callandret, Perrion Callandret, Ardaja Callandret and Priest Callandret.
