Mr. Charles E. Richardson, was born August 12, 1946 in Monroe, LA. He departed this life March 16, 2024 Tacoma, WA. In celebration of his life funeral service will be held at 11:30 am Thursday, March 28, 2024 at Serenity’s Personal Alternative Chapel 749 Central Ave. N Kent, WA 98032.
