Catharyne Rosetta Elegan-Tucker (Cathy) was born a native of Seattle, Washington to Phyllis L Heflins and Lottie Carter on June 18, 1952. She leaves to mourn her husband of 23 years, Lenard Tucker, two children Melinda Redmond-Stewart and Stacey R Elegan, her stepchildren, Sherrie and Roman Tucker, God children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends. Proceeding her in death is her youngest sister Myra Taylor, her mother, father, brother, Carlos Carter, and her grandmother Ivory B. Law-Biggs.
Cathy was an angel who had touched multitudes of lives and loved by so many. Cathy was heaven sent and will be surely missed on this earth.
