Alzie Tracy Slade was born April 21, 1969 to Gene R. and Clarice L. Slade. He accepted Christ at an early age while attending Mt Baker Baptist Church. He leaves to cherish his memory and celebrate his life: father and mother Gene R. Slade and Clarice L. Slade; two daughters ZaDeja (Kyle) Slade-Jones and Ashlyn Slade; four sisters Rossia (Clifford) Avery of Texas, Mildred (Elmer) Slade-Givens, Marilyn Slade-Scott, Constance (Oliver) Clay all of Seattle; three brothers Mervin, Carlton, and Lugene Slade all of Seattle; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins. Memorial Service to be held on Monday, May 8th @ 11AM at Mt Baker Baptist Church.
