July 14, 1940 – November 7, 2023 Sista Wiley was one of three children born to the union of Mattie Allen and Gentle Allen, Sr. in Waxahachie, TX. Wiley was a graduate of Garfield High School – Class of 1958. Wiley is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers: Gentle Allen, Jr and Willie James Allen. Left to celebrate her memory, Daughter; Penny R. Garrett, Son; Markus J. Allen and God Daughter; Shawndreka Pleasant. Homegoing services will be held November 21st at 10am, Bonney Watson Funeral Home – 16445 International Blvd., SeaTac, WA. Repast will fol- low on site.
