Gone, But Far From Forgotten Marian Johnson

Mrs. Marian Johnson

October 14 1933 August 9th 2024

Mrs. Marian Johnson wife of Robert Johnson will be sorely missed by all of her family, friends and loved ones. As the matriarch of her family, she was valued for her wisdom and grace. She could go from being a quiet unassuming wallflower to a fierce lioness in 60 seconds, and everyone knew that meant she had passion and “heart.” Her smile was comforting, and her disapproving stare was both eye-opening and corrective. She was often a woman of few words, but those few words tended to be profound. Her passing should remind us all of how precious life is and how important it is to “give our loved ones their flowers while they can smell them.” I choose to believe that she knew how very much she was loved by those whose lives she touched, but most of us are wondering if perhaps we should have told her more often.
