On February 23, 2021 Xavier J.J. Carter was presented the Honor Roll Award for academic excellence. Not unlike his proud parents, Captain Shannon XhaQueene Nunnery-Carter and Chief Emilio Carter, and his sister Imani E. Carter, Xavier is no stranger to multiple family and community achievements. Before earning Honor Roll status Xavier leveraged his talents and interest to be selected as a participation in the high school-college, Talent Ready Program. While darting through adversity with a forward-thinking mindset, Xavier has positioned himself for continued success in his educational, social, and community based activities, baseball and flight school have been is favorites.
Xavier is the grandson of Alicia Nunnery and the late Sylvester Ford. His paternal grandmother Darlene Carter, sister Imani, auntie Queen, uncle Prince, auntie Qwen and uncle Mario are ecstatic about his success in promoting our family’s legacy of excellence.
