King County Executive Dow Constantine will deliver his 2023 State of the County address at a meeting of the King County Council on Tuesday at 1 p.m. in the historic King County Courthouse.
The Executive's address will include highlights of achievements from past year, and lay out a vision for the future on a number of policy fronts.
